    Hi, all our items our checked by our quality department to ensure they are fully functional, from our retained records in regards to the remotes, they passed all tests and were working perfectly. It appears you have ordered the wrong frequency remotes. We clearly stated what frequency the remotes were using. We have also not received any communication from you since the order was placed. If we had, then we would have happily worked to resolve the issue.

As a Customer Return outlet we are unable to accept returns ourselves unless the item arrives damaged,not as described or fails to arrive. The item was delivered quickly, as described, and with no faults. You had asked for a refund due to the item not being as large as you had thought. I am afraid we are unable to refund on the basis of a customer's assumptions. We would have happily supplied this information if you asked
