  The freezer drawer was damaged in transit due to poor packaging ....after contacting the seller and sending photos of the damaged item nothing was resolved...the seller said she would contact the courier then proceeded to want photos of the packaging which I didn't have any more ...terrible customer service and nothing was resolved....

  Buyer messaged on Saturday morning to say the item had arrived damaged. I immediately contacted the courier who asked for photos of the packaging so I had to request these from the buyer. She replied the next day saying she wasn’t prepared to send photos and she expected I would have “sorted this by now”. I tried my best to help as I always do if things don’t go according to plan but she was unfair and treated me as if I was Amazon. I also gave her the option to return the item but she refused.
