Meh, not impressed 🙄
The steps are made of poor quality wood, ours had a couple of splits in the wood where internal runners had been hammered in. Also, when you put the unit together its not very sturdy either, there is 'give' in the structure and so it sways a bit. Our little hound was unimpressed n wouldnt use, so we have had to make adjustments to fix these 2 issues. Not worth the money in our opinion, worth £15-20 maybe, certainly not £43!
