Decently built and from previous experience, reliable.
I'm always short of sockets and these answer a lot of the issues since it seems impossible to get normal 4 and 6 way sockets that can be screwed to the wall rather than hooked over screws.
It also includes surge suppression and a master switch which can be useful to down power 12 things at once.
Just be aware that ths version hass 45 degree angled sockets which I think is a good thing but there are other versions with more conventional layout. I have one of each and they are both good.
