    A clearly used product was sold as new. To the sellers credit they paid shipping back and refunded me. However, they claimed to not know it was used. Not buying that, considering the instructions were in the outside of the box in a packing slip pouch. The box was resealed and nothing was packaged as it should have been if new. There were also other clear signs it has been used. Buyers beware. I have pictures to prove this.

    This unit should have been marked "Open Box". We test all electrical products before they are shipped. This fan was tested the day it was shipped and did work as designed. We use shredded paper as packing material instead of bubble wrap and I suspect when he was testing it, it sucked in a piece of shreding. Our Shipper is notorious for putting documents on the outside of packages. His logic is the customer will always read the documents before opening the package.

New or not so new?
I bought this phone because my wife has one like it. The Auction stated it was new but I am not so sure that was the case. The charger cap was broke off and it came in a plain white box instead of the original verizon box. The phone does work great and I really don't have any complaints about its functionality.

Poor quality and ineffective instructions.
When I received this unit, it came with Chinese instructions, no disk as promised and just doesn't work. Getting technical help is a disaster and when they advised me to return it, I wasn't prepared to send it all the way back to China.
