  Item as described and of good quality in new condition. Good value for money. Delivery was slow due to the item being dispatched from Germany and not the UK, so one to bear in mind if you need the item quickly. Good communication with the seller - professional and courteous.

  The package was taking too long to arrive so I contacted the customer service and Louise was awesome, she sent me a replacement on the same day which arrived 2 days after postage and she was great, very helpful! The bolts are exactly as described on the listing. Thank you :)

  Shipped and arrived speedily and as advertised. Not a negative, but the packaging felt a little excessive for 4 small shelf hooks, a small padded envelope would have sufficed, could make your operations a bit cheaper and pass that onto customers. Would use again if I need any more
