Ultra-compact, ultra-wide, perfect for architecture and landscape photos
Very nice lens for m43 system. Smooth ring, collapsible (therefore quite compact, when not in use).
Price is a bit high, if compared to lens with the similar focal length for DSLR cameras, but do not forget, that this is m43 and size matters here. Also, the only competitor is Panasonic 7-14, which is much mre expensive, bigger and heavier. Weight was also the thing I liked - GF1 camera is very balanced with 9-18.
Image quality is on top - sharp, rich true colors, fringing is corrected in Lightroom, distortion is corrected automatically, so not a problem at all.
