  Worst experience. Paid a buy it now including postage. After a week the seller hadn’t sent the order. I contacted eBay to force a response only to get a reply stating it was supposed to be collection only despite adding postage. I tried offering extra postage money but seller didn’t reply. Basically had my payment over ten days with no response or apology. I really wanted to resolve this issue but now eBay have refunded me which could have been done after the auction by the seller.
