a very good mower but it does have an known fault !
3 of 3 found this helpful easy to work with and a nice compact machine, has a good cut at 27.5 inches and will also fit through a standard width gate which saves a lot of hassle its quite light too meaning two average strength men could lift the machine in and out of a van or large people carrier.
negatives are , its quite noisy when running and if the grass is even slightly wet it won't pick it up very well but the biggest worry is my machine is now on its second cylinder head gasket, its not an expensive part if your ok with diy engine repairs, it took me about 1 hour from start to finish to replace it and the part was just £16 however looking at forums this engine is prone to gasket failure and if you have to pay to have it done your looking at £100 plus with labour so factor this in if your looking to purchase one of these mowers.
all in all a good machine that's easy to operate even my wife does the lawns these days just keep on top of the maintenance and it should last years, mines a 2004 and still looks and works very good.
