Superb Headphones with clear sound and amazing deep and soft bass
I am big fan of Denon headphones because when I compared them to other brands they have great sound signature especially if you are listening to the music and looking for some warm and clear sound. It is difficult to find headphones where the mids and highs are clear and the bass is punchy and not overpowering the rest of frequencies. Denon has done it. Especially the D600 are very comfortable and their pads are extremely soft. These headphones are great for listening to music but they are fantastic to watching movies or playing games. If you need great closed headphones with nice and not overpowering bass then you need to get these. D600 are the best for using in house, these are not good for traveling at all, they quite bulky and do not fold. Otherwise these are fine piece of equipment and well worth of money. Also do note that these are sensitive to the quality of input you are going to play in them and also they can bring different results depending on the amp you are doing to use. I strongly recommend to burn these for longer period to get the best you can from them. After the burning the highs start to come live and the overall sound will improve. ENJOY

Alternative to Sennheiser HD25
I received these after I was amazed by the HP800 and I wanted something portable for traveling. Great thing is the sound. These have the same driver as HP800 (40mm) and they also sound amazing. They are not there with the depth and soundstage as HP800 due to smaller cups. But these are foldable, dj style and simply great for travel.
I did direct A/B comparison with HD25 from Sennheiser... the result is the win for Denon. They simply sound better, slightly better bass and not that harsh in treble these are not that fatiguing than the HD25. HD25s are superb headphones with amazing isolation, great sound and perfect build quality but HD25s do not fold, they are sitting on ear which and after couple of hours are totally unwearable. Denon HP600 cost half the price of HD25 plus HD25 are everywhere. Denon HP600 sounds better, look better, are smaller and foldable.
Perfect for djing, home use, travel use, busy environment as they have pretty decent isolation too.
PROS:
* amazing sound - punchy deep bass and clear mids and highs
* light and foldable - great features to take them with you while traveling
* price - very cheap for the quality you are getting the price is so low
* sounds better than HD25 !!
CONS:
* cups are not so big might be issue for bigger ears (Im sure they are great replacement pads)
* cable is half coild and quite bulky which is a problem when you traveling this might be a bit annyoing
* cable is not removable but should last long time
* connector is straight again not very travel friendly as with small devices this creates more space
Due to the quality and price I am ok with the not best cable used for these headphones. If you use them for home, studio or djing then the cable is perfect.
