Skimmer Lid

Great mixer!
2 of 2 found this helpful This is the aircraft carrier of home mixers! It can handle large batch bread making without the dough coming up to the top. The up and down lever is great and facilitates ease of putting on and taking off of the mixing bowl. The plastic collar has an opening to add ingredients, which ensures ingredients are easily added during mixing. It is heavier than the smaller mixers, but still can be picked up and moved as necessary. As to color, the candy apple red is gorgeous. Overall, great mixer!
