Good Labels but you can't change fonts
One the main reasons we purchased this machine was that you could download the font of your choice. We needed to match exactly old Kroy fonts, so we made the purchase. We had great difficulty downloading drivers for this device. We called Kroy Technical Services and they indicated that we needed an old 32 bit computer to install the drivers. 64 bit divers were not available. We finally found an old computer and finally got the drivers installed only to find out we still could not download any fonts. I paid a very good computer technician to assist us and he could not get our fonts downloaded. We called Kroy Technical support at least three different times and they final stated they were sorry but they did not know how to get the font installation to work. They referred us to a Kroy dealer and he was not able to help us. At this point we only have the option of trying to return the unit or just live with the standard fronts on the device. It makes great labels; however, do not try to install any new fonts.
