Generally accurate but it should read 'Lace-up'.
The glove is quite difficult to get it onto the wheel but once in place and laced up, there is no slippage and it makes the wheel much easier to grip.

It is in a fact a GRILLE badge.
Good quality and a perfect fit. Instructions on how to secure the badge in the aperture would help.

All in all a cheap quality product and I wonder how long it will last in service.
The outlet to the bypass pipe was not round and so the hose would not fit until I filed it to make the outlet round, the holes for the two studs were not big enough to accept the pegs on the block until I drilled them to enlarge the holes, and finally one of the four holes on the flange where the fan is mounted did not have a thread so one had to be cut.
