2 of 2 found this helpful I am a multi-ethnic/ multi-racial female. I have curly / wavy hair that is not a problem usually. My curls are about the size of a quarter, nice medium-sized, full of body. My problem is when I moved to Hawaii, it is very humid here and rains a lot. When my hair gets wet, it explodes- it gets really frizzy and unmanageable. This product is great because I put it on my hair for less time, because I don't want straight hair, just want to control my frizz. This product is excellent for that. I am sure if you did want straight hair, it would give you that if you left it on your hair for the suggested amount of time. I love my curly hair, and only leave it on for 10 minutes and take it out. That little time changes my hair so humidity wont make it frizzy, but doesn't give me straight hair. I wish I would have found this product years ago!
