High quality bright light
2 of 2 found this helpful The SureFire X300 Utra is one bright light. The on/off switch is pretty stiff if you use it to turn the light on. Using a light on a firearm, one seldom turns the light steady on, you usually need to turn it on intermittently in short bursts. Intermittent "on" is achieved by pushing the button forward toward the front of the gun when it's mounted on the gun. Turning the light on by simply pushing down the switch with your support hand is much easier then trying to flip or manipulate a switch during a high stress situation. This is a quality light, not cheap but worth the money
