Exact part for a 20+ year old garage door opener.
I can't believe they make this part for my 20+ year old garage door opener. Apparently screw drive garage door openers last a long time but the wear part is the carriage that connects the track to the arm that connects to the garage door. After going down the track 50,000+ times over the last 20 years, the teeth on the carriage that engage the screw drive wears out and this part is critical otherwise you can't open the door. I got mine the next day and after a 15 min swap out of the part, my garage door is functioning again like new. Its actually even quieter than before. This part is not available locally and a service call from the garage door repair would have cost at least $75-100. $15 including shipping and I'm good to go..
