A Book That Has Me Going On The Right Track
Easy to read and practical. The diagrams and pictures are visuals that stay with you throughout the day and remind you how to make right choices. I've put their guidelines into practice, and I'm losing weight. The only thing for me is that I've got a case of plantar fasciitis from increasing my walking exercise. Oh well, it's a set back, but it won't de-"feat" me! I really recommend this book!!!
