Edited Review: Scare but everything’s fine
38 of 39 found this helpful The computer came in great shape 1 day early, hardly any scraps. It runs well and the battery is great. But when I first got it I noticed their was already a user on it. I freaked out and eventually got locked out because I didn’t know the password. I tried to contact tekreplay about it all day during their business hours but no one would answer or reply to my many emails. So I called Apple and they fully reset it. Besides that this laptop has been amazing. They could improve their reply time but besides that it’s great.
