Total value for money
It is not the latest Thunderbolt dock but is a solid USB-3 dock and massively good value for money when compared to a Thunderbolt dock!. Easily drives 2x external monitors at 1920x1080 (Standard HD) and good quality audio connected to a +2-year old Lenovo ThinkPad. I love it. It didn't come with an install guide (but that and the driver is easily downloaded from Lenovo) nor a power supply (I already had one).
If feels MUCH more solid than any USB-3 (or Thunderbolt) hub I've ever seen.

Totally recommend
Short of a full analysis of particles in the water- these filters seem to work every bit as well as the Brita brand filters at a fraction of the cost. The speed of filtering is fast.
