You need this if you live in a hard water area
This is a godsend for those living in hard or chalky water areas. It's marvelous to have crystal clear water for your tea or coffee or just to drink by itself. A nice touch is the electronic timer to tell you when your cartridge needs changing. I couldn't do without it now.

Nice kettle, I like the glass construct
Great product, large capacity and it's fascinating to actually watch the water boiling through the glass. Does everything it needs to do and pretty stylish as well
