You on a Diet Exercise DVD
This is a very concise and easy to follow exercise dvd. It is nicely broken down into multiple diffulculties and fully explains each movement.

This has got to be the best Diet, make that Life style, changing DVD I have had the pleasure to listen to and to learn from. Dr. Oz doesn't just tell you to do something, he tells you why and how it effects the body. He has a diet plan, meal suggestions, exercise demos, and alot more. The real age quiz he directs you to along with a support network is very helpful in keeping one on the right path to a much healthier and happier life.

I bought this CD after hearing one of the songs being played at work, at the time I thought it was the Andrew Sisters. I really like their sound and I am very happy with this CD.
