Araldite Rapid
3 of 3 found this helpful Nobody should be without Araldite Rapid in their home. So many uses and easy to use. My only point that anybody using it should note is to make sure everything is clean before you start. The joint surfaces and the mixing surface must be very clean. I usually give everything a wipe with meths just to make sure there is no grease.

Ground Anchors
I inherited some tanalised timber (from a skip) and have recycled it as a rather large frame for growing runner beans. Fearful that this frame may take off in the high winds we have in this part of the world I have secured it to the ground using these anchors. I can report that they screw into the ground easily (I just used the Tommy bar from my socket set) and when in, they stay in! I was able to get them into good clay but if I lived in a sandy region it may be a different story. They are plated (looks like cadmium) and would seem to be durable. Certainly worth a try at this price.
