Design Fault.
1 of 1 found this helpful This is fine if the same pressure is put on both handles when trying to stand, however any sort of slip or unequal pressure and the seat will simply fall to one side, it's only realy secured at the centre points. Only for the use of someone who is completly aware of what they are doing.
