Good, but not great.
I'm a BIG fan of Bill Bryson's best works (A Short History of Nearly Everything, A Walk in the Woods). Although this work was good and some of his examples of writing by authors & journalists were LOL amusing, it was "good" but not his best work. I am presently reading The Body, and it IS one of his best!

This unit is SEVERLY under-powered. It is adeqate to remove burrs, but little else. It lacks sufficient power to actually hone a knife.

Snug, but A GREAT value!
Although listed as a size 12D, they were actually a 12 Medium -- a bit snug, but if I choose the right socks, I can make them a comfortable fit. A GREAT value! In general, DELIGHTED!
