Poor directions.
I have failed to find adequate directions to use the product. I requested information (since the insert does not explain which wires go where) from the company on April 4th, but so far, there has been no response. So a waste of money.

While it took forever to figure out how to change my DVD settings allowing me to play the DVD, the items were excellent.

Powerful suction
2 of 2 found this helpful Love the way the head rotates to get under furniture, powerful suction, and the ease of cleaning the dirt cup. Pet hair does stick in the dirt cup and the floor brush. Despite directions, the filters couldn't wait one month before cleaning. Based on that, I will order more filters before I "have to have them." Like the versatility and maneuverability of this vacuum, but don't like that it will not stand on its own.
