great item with good safty features
This is a well designed and constructed piece of kitchen equipment. the cutting blades are razor sharp and care is required when handling them when removed from the applance. Follow the instructions when using it and you should not experience any difficulties.
There are cheaper ones available but I feel this is a quality item.Should give years of service.

Very sharp blades, easy to grip
I am left handed and this product is designed for right and left handed persons. Sits well in the hand with a locking slide switch. A bit stiff when new but after a couple of times moves easily
