Not as plush or thick as claimed
Definitely less plush and inviting than it appears.... 5cm may be the length of the pile, but it’s relatively sparse and provides little cushioning despite claims of thickness.

Extremely poor quality - don't waste your money!
the quality of the product (flights, stems, barrels) and the case is extremely poor; I can't believe the lack of quality of this product even for a low price.....

Misleading description....
The brush was thin and of poor quality, however the biggest issue was that there was no broom handle despite the description mentioning it had a wooden handle.... the fitting hole was also too small for a standard broom.
