Year on year improvement
I've been using Photoshop since before they needed to give it a number. It was the best Windows image manipulation software on the market then, and the best now. In the early days the Mac had arguably better software, but it's lost the lead by such a wide margin these days that it's not likely to catch up, much less surpass Photoshop.

The Mutt's Nutts: The Flying Insect's Leg Joints. It's That Good!
Although plastic (what isn't these days?) the construction seems rugged enough for extended use.
The instructions are as simple as the use is: Fill the hopper; insert the tube (a bit fiddly there, but it wouldn't be tight enough if it wasn't); press the 'Forward' button to make a smoke; 'Back' button if there's an obstruction; smoke it to check if the tension dial is set correctly. Switch off after 20 cigs to avoid overheating the motor and shortening the lifespan.
How hard is all that?
Quite a bit more expensive than a fully manual tuber, but much more reliable and repeatable.
Well worth the extra cost! Wouldn't go back if you paid me - unless it was a life changing amount ...
The only downsides I see to it are that the hopper seems a little small and that the low voltage adaptor cable is very short. Without using an extension cable you have to work not much more than half a metre of a mains wall outlet.

At least my teethndon't fall out.
I've only tried one other denture fixative - supplied by my dentist - which was slimy, tasted foul and didn't stabilise my first partial denture. This new, wider denture still needs a final fitting, but these pads help to take up the slack where it doesn't actually touch my gum. This alleviates some of the pressure at those small 'high' points where it does, but I still wouldn't eat a steak or apple with it in until it's been properly fitted.
