great!
i've tried learning to knit from another book and internet sites, but couldn't really understand it. my sister bought me this book for christmas and it has been great. it is clear and easy to understand, it answers any questions you'll have. the projects are cool too. it eases you into knitting, so you can learn at a slow pace and make things to show for while you learn new stitches. i would recommend it to anyone who wants to teach themselves to knit.
