Excellent training Tool

The best thing about these devices that they let you know the speed (mins/mile) you're going. This helps to be more consistant in you're training program. There are many options and you can even run against a virtual partner. It gives you accurate distances, time, actual and average speed, and you can set you're display to show any combination of this data. Garmin are the top brand and there is little out there to compete with it. If you were thinking of getting a one all I would say is "it's the only way to get accurate and reliable data - if you what to improve to your full potential"

I have bought from them a few times now,...

I have bought from them a few times now, very happy, the batteries seem to last a couple of season (I don't trickle charge and the bike goes through long winters with no use!!) so happy they last as long as they do considering how 'economical' they are
