This book is beautifully presented and easy to read. It presents some common sense ideas but with medical backing. I have found it has given me ideas and inspiration to lead a healthier and happier life style. The things that are suggested are all achievable with some effort. Nothing faddy or gimmicky.
I would really recommend this if you want a more positive outlook on life and your health.
