Fixes the range problem of the WiiU gamepad
This chip repaired our WiiU gamepad where it would lose connectivity with the console beyond a range of 2ft. Our gamepad now funcitons as well as when we purchase it.
I was referred to this replacement chip by an instructional video on YouTube. Watch it if you've never opened up the gamepad before. The process is easy but you'll need a tri-wing screwdriver to open up the game pad. See video for details.
