Very disappointing unfortunately
The cardboard of the book is very poor quality. It’s layers of paper that make up the cardboard had split lay by layer on all of the corners of the book cover and pages when it arrived.
All of the sounds of each very different animal sound extremely similar and not particularly like the animal within the book it’s meant to represent, and would be certainly indistinguishable to a young child (board books are usually made / bought for small children).
I have bought many (at least 15 in the past few months and also many in previous years for previous children in my family; furthermore I have over 50 board books without sound now and have had many many more in the past and none have had such poor quality cardboard) of these types of books; board books with a sound or musical buttons panel and none of them have been in the same poor quality condition and all of them have much better sound quality.
