  I needed a copy of office that would work on windows 7. This fitted the bill but when I loaded I found that all the possible licence usages had been used. After several searches on google I eventually spoke with a Microsoft advisor who talked me through getting it up and running. If seller is selling a software item they should be aware of the licence restriction and state in selling details. Not happy with them.
