Nostalgia
Some good stories here, pity they are not complete. I saw some in the sixties as a child and the yeti were terrifying. Now they are men in hairy tea cosies walking around like wombles

Life lesson
Not a typical love story, like that of the US dream type, which may in itself be a pre designed deception that captures the young. Fine character development in De Havilland as she strengthens her character with growing wisdom as she perceives weakness and deception in M Cliff's character and the cruelty of her father also well portrayed. Great costume and decor

First class new age music
Some recordings have something of special quality that other recordings by the same composer don't have perhaps due to context of surrounding circumstances and the time and place, this is one of these special recordings
