Great, but noisy

This is a high quality power supply, with very accurate voltage and current setting. But it has two relatively minor problems. The first is the lack of a switched output - the only way to turn it on and off is with the mains switch. The second is the fan, which is noisy and permanently on. This could be thermally controlled imply and cheaply.
