Borrow it, Buy it, Steal it!!!! A school level baking Cookbook for beginners to experienced..............
I have had this book in my collection, since the 90's. I have given it as a gift and I am on my 4th copy. I can't live with out it. The recipes always work and the results are very satisfying and taste tempting. I started doing pastries professionally and teaching Cooking and Baking in the 90's. I Love this book because it works. Whether Fancy or Plain, Start here................. Give it to your favorite kid or friend or anyone who wants to bake and might need a little help getting started. Easy to read and Easy to Follow!!

So glad to add this to my collection!!
I was unaware of this CD, and it is before Basia's solo career. I saw her in San Francisco inn the summer of 1990, and I have been a fan, ever since!!
