Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Oat Flour 400g

Great for gluten-free baking!
I have used this flour in numerous bakes and have never been disappointed. My latest attempt was to bake vegan and gluten-free blondies, and they were a hit. The flour works well as a replacement for flours that contain gluten, especially when used in conjunction with other gluten-free flours (coconut, almond, etc.), and I will be sure to use it again and again.

Happy buyer!
Great value for a great shaker. Didn’t have the highest of expectations given the price, but consider me humbled, so much so that I will be ordering another one.
I’ve read some complaints about the lid being hard to remove - but I haven’t found this to be an issue. It is stiff, yes, but it needs to be really clipped in place so that when I shake it to ensure there are no clumps left, it doesn’t go flying everywhere.
Very pleasantly surprised.
