these pods were good taste and great value. I think they had stronger milky taste than Dolce Gusto pods.

great diet that work
2 of 2 found this helpful the diet was great! lost loads of wieght very quickly but the book has quiet a few chapters before it gets to the diets, you can tell it was writen by a doctor as he uses several chapters to explain how the diet works and the medical reasons why this diet works, before telling you what the diet is. The diet itself is simple to follow and the book leads you step by step, its 4 diets that you need to follow to keep the wieght off. This diet does limt the foods you can eat but not the amounts.
