pretty poor
The quality of this item seems to be quite good, however the collar by which it attaches to the grinder is rather shallow and the clamp is weak and flimsy.
It took me quite some time to get it to fit my Makita grinder, the shim supplied to pack out the collar to fit the guard was a little too fat and the collar on the guard would not flex enough.
I did manage to fit it eventually but the cam lock is flimsy and although adjusted so it fits tightly the guard still moves slightly. Also the brushes on the bottom are pretty short and the rubber adapter for connecting a vacuum is a poor fit in the dust port on the guard.
I would of expected these issues if I had paid £12-£15 and would most likely of accepted them and been quite happy, however at £30 plus I think this item is way over priced and would not recommend it.
