2 of 2 found this helpful I use this product for the first time years ago and it first came out and it helped me more than any other diet product I've ever taken. Like its advertisement it does take off an extra pound or two for every 5 you lose on your own. I would recommend this to anyone. The price is good and the quality is good. Looking forward to losing them fifteen to 20 more lb.
