    Item was advertised as new, but was far from it. Box had sellotape around and the wrap was home made, individual seasons not shrinkwrapped. Clearly used. Seller came to an agreement for partial refund to make price equal to a second hand copy. Dispatch time was also poor.

    Ordered brand new sealed boxset when it arrived it was a grimey worn boxset that had been resealed sent item back got refund and was going to leave it there but now after he processed a refund he claims I had put five empty cases in .....absolutely ridiculous attempt to get one over on me buyers be seriously cautious of this seller

    Will & Grace DVDs are very hard to come by these days, so it was a pleasant surprise to have been able to get hold of this brand new, wrapped copy. Only drawback is that is quite an old version and doesn't offer subtitles option, but it's no big deal. Good delivery given i ordered during New Year Break. I would have been open to paying a bit extra for first class delivery, but second class arrived within a week nonetheless . Thank you for good service!
