The Best 3.75" Figure in Bridge Direct's whole Hobbit Series!
If Bridge Direct had started their Hobbit action figure line with this kind of quality this could have been an amazing line that had continued past the third movie and perhaps even revisited the earlier trilogy. As it is this figure standing next to Gandalf just makes the old wizard look even goofier that it had on it's own.
This figure and his wave-mate Radagast (who also looks amazing) never made it to the states .
Azog has ball-jointed shoulders, elbows, knees and thighs (although the thighs are severely restricted by his “kilt”). His head may technically have a ball joint, but his neck is so thick it is effectively a swivel. He has a swivel waist and right wrist – his left prosthetic does not move.
Overall he is a beautiful figure who will nicely intimidate your dwarfs although will not be riding a Worg into battle, but because of his scarcity tends to command a high price for what you get (thank you Ebay coupon!)
