Nice
Good quality, nice design, perfect for the handbag. Fits towels and tampons, but I also pop in painkillers and contact lenses in mine, so I use it as a little 'emergency' kit for my bag.

1 of 1 found this helpful I think this dvd would be good for people that have a little stamina to begin with, or used to exercising.
But for a beginner that hasn't done any aerobic exercise in a long time, I found this too fast paced unfortunately. Even the warm up is fast. I can see that people would lose weight on this if you did it 4 times a week as suggested.
I prefer something less fast paced to begin with, and then build. This dvd is not for me, but I can see it being helpful to others, and Charlotte is engaging.
