  My first negative Feedback. The product was delivered not the way it was stated in the description (Royal Mail), which caused a delay in receiving it. I don't order any product if it's delivered by couriers. They don't have access to my property. Communication was not good with the seller, because he was quite arrogant and didn't acknowledge any wrongdoing. eBay should step in and make sure that Sellers write the correct delivery option. It would avoid lots of problems for Buyers.

  As advised at the time, our local post office was closed due to Covid. We live in a small village & sending our items via RM was impossible. All you needed to do was provide us with the access key for your door when requested but chose to make this into a massive issue for no real reason. Shipping instructions are only a guide & if you specifically require a service in future i would advise to contact the sellers. Our delivery service is impeccable as can be seen on all our other reviews.
