3 of 3 found this helpful Spent good money for a set of DVD's I was SURE I would enjoy. No way to get to the closed captioning..even though it says right on the 1st screen it's there.....no menu, no popup, no automatic ......since I am DEAF....I must have the closed captioning to view DVD's. I thought there was a law or something? This is a recent series. It should have access to C/C .....is there something I am missing?? My daughter tried it in her player since mine is older...nope...she couldn't figure out how to access it either! HUGE BUMMER for me!
