Just right.

Check side effects
3 of 4 found this helpful I bought 14 tabs; pricey but worth a try. It really worked in reducing arthritis pain but I stated having strange symptoms. I was having shortness of breath. Since I have afib and mild apnea I stopped after taking for one week. My symptoms went away. So check with your doctor before taking and read the side effects.
