Don't want to live without it
I have osteo arthritis and rheumatoid arthritis, and disc problems.I don't know anything better for chronic back pain relief, where extra medication is used only as an extreme measure, and gentle warmth is a help. I use mine outdoors in cold weather to prevent sciatic spasm, and have used it very frequently indoors as well, while waiting for hip replacements. Depending on how you position it, high or low, and the velcro fastening makes adjustment easy, it can warm various parts of a hurting back. The heat lasts a long time because of the insulating wrap holding the gel bag in place. The only difficulty is in never overheating the gel sac, as it will develop tiny holes and leak the water sealed inside, or soften the plastic casing so that it balloons and becomes unusable. The gel sacs are replaceable, but expensive. I have replaced mine twice over a 4 year period, each time spoiled by my mistake in overheating it. My latest purchase is for a friend, proof of my recommendation

Incredibly useful little brushes.
These are soft brushes not stiff. They clean plugholes as well as the difficult bits in a shower drain, and they do so without undue staining. The wire is a little flimsy but that actually only indicates these are not meant for scrubbing things with. I keep them on a hook above the sink, and find them endlessly useful. I have other larger stiffer brushes for other occasions, but was glad to find a replacement for a little brush which finally disintegrated after 20 years. hope these last as well.

Beautiful light green gemstones
These are lovely, a light bright green, perfect for stringing in a mixed green necklace, or keeping as a single strand. They are smooth and nicely pillowed, with a hole to take a decent thickness of stri8nging.
