Great but too heavy
5 of 5 found this helpful Had to return this item as although we were pleased with cleaning power etc. we found the product far too heavy for us to use safely and for this reason could not fully recommend it We are elderly and had not taken into consideration that we do not have the strength and energy that we had twenty years ago when we last owned a vax carpet cleaner.
