One of the wheel spokes was evidently ripped from the wheel, which tore out a chunk of the dimple. I was told that I can use it as is or go find a new spoke/nipple. She even attempted to explain that the spike couldn’t have possibly been ripped out. My first stick battery operated vacuum and I LOVE it! Say NO to canisters forever!
I Love this vacuum! I would love it even more if it had a trigger lock :)
